ok so i have all the above listed but if i am lying down i dont feel great but when i get up my head kinda throbs and i have a sore throat and my fever seems to get worse??

Sounds like the flu.
If you get a strong desire to run outside and take a dump on your car's windshield it's the bird flu.
Take two aspirin and go to bed.

Sounds like a cold/flu/sinus problems. The mucus is draining when you lay down which relieves the pressure in your head, but when you get up it flows back in the wrong direction. The sore throat could be from the infection also. Get medicine to help drainage and break your fever, preferably all in one. You will feel better after a few hours, but not 100% for another day or two. Hope it helps, God Bless

upper respitory infection or sinus infection, possible strep, with headache caused by a fever
