Ben= I

kimsin= Who are you?

arimasin, doesn't make sense:(....aramasın= call he/she not

aramazsam = If I don't call

it is a really bad turkish....it can be " beni arama..sen kimsin?"
if so,it means " don't call me..who are you?"
if you send me the correct writing i can translate.

The person is asking who you are and telling you not to call.
Presumably they don't recognise you
