I'd like to find someone with whom I can practice my english doing some conversion freely on Internet, with skype or some equivalent.
I'm Italian and I'd like to improve my english.

For Li: it's no problem for me finding something to listen to...but the problem is to find a person for having a true (speaken) conversion!

Try phrasebase.com. It is an excellent place to meet others wanting to learn languages and willing to exchange language knowledge. You should find it very helpful. It is a very informal environment with many different methods and opportunities to accomplish your goal.
Your approach to improve your English is a good one. I communicate with a few people overseas, two of which graduated college with degrees in English. Unfortunately their actual, useful knowledge of the English language is awful, because they only have the formal education of it, not the practical education you are seeking. Good luck.

I would suggest that you seek the professional services of a speech therapist. He/she would be able to help you with accent reduction, as well as teach you the morphology, synatx, grammar, and semantics of the English language. If you need help finding a therapist in your area go to www.asha.org and search for a professional.
