if you are my nurse, i want you to take care of me, i want you to be my guidance in every step i take, cause you are my nurse but i don't want to be like nurse and patient relationship. i want you to be a friend so we have better understanding and for you be know my needs. it's not like you will guide me always, there are some circumstances that i can handle the situation without a help of the my nurse so you can have some free time for yourself.

I would love to get some physical therepy and destressers. A weekly sponge bath would be nice and if you could make a nutrious weekly diet that would be nice.
