Hi,

Apart from the Kennel Club web site (which has a puppy sales register)
http://www.thekennelclub.org.uk/item/436
& the ePupz site (also search under 'poodle' as some people may have placed adverts in the wrong place)
http://www.epupz.co.uk/search/puppies_for_sale.asp?breed=Standard+Poodle&area=all&st=1&Submit=Search+++

I'd also suggest that you try the Champdogs site - I'd imagine that the pups on here are almost certainly kc registered - as this seems to be used a lot by breeders who also show their dogs:
http://www.champdogs.co.uk/guided/all_standard-poodle.html
There may be a breeder near you, who even if no puppies advertised, may have some due or planned soon.

This site gives links to some of the Poodle Clubs & contact info, including the Poodle Club of Wales:
http://www.kennels.co.uk/Utility/StandardPoodle.html
One of the clubs should be able to provide you with a list of reputable breeders. Good luck

Best place to start is Kennel Club but better still if you can get to crufts in MARCH 9TH TO 12TH NEC BIRMINGHAM you could visit the discover dog stands which houses all breeds of dogs including standard poodles they will give you all the info you would ever want about the breed, and good breeders, also most breeds have their own clubs with lots of infomation. You could try dog world or our dogs which are weekly papers especially for dog owners or look on web www.dogworld.co.uk or www.ourdogs.co.uk hope this is of help good luck

Go onto the web and you should get a list of breeders. Other option is go to the Kennel CLub of Great Britain and ask for a list of registered breeders specifying you are in South Wales. Make sure you meet at least the mother of the pups before you buy and get details of the father. Also check their holding pen is clean and the pups look plump and lively and healthy.

Check out this page on the KC Site & contact the nearest breed club for details of breeders.

Also make sure you know which health tests Poodles should have before being bred from.
This is a very good site to use:

Good Luck
