That's a tough one because men usually don't fall in love. If you're talking/asking specifically about a guy you're interested in, look for sign of extreme friendship, kindness/politeness. Guys will be on their best behavior when they (as the british say) fancy a girl. But also keep in mind, that we (guys) are mainly interested in something in particular and it's not a relationship.

A man is considered in love with a girl, if he pass the test of the infatuation phase. :-)
Some other says if all you can think about is her. Then you're in love.
