I heard that i'll be classified as "international" and have to pay more money but I don't care...

You sure can. Our colleges and universities love foreign students. They charge them a fortune.

You need to enroll in a qualified school. They school will then sponsor your visa with the immigration authorities. You'll be interviewed and asked to prove you have the financial means to attend school in the US.

Yes, you will be an international student ( F-1), and you will have to pay the out-of-state tuition and fees. You will have to show proof that you can afford the cost of studying in the USA and that you will go back to your country of origin after the completion of your studies.
Studying in the USA is very very expensive. You have to be rich to afford it.
