He most definitely is a natural born citizen - he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii in August 4, 1961. Hawaii became the 50th state of the USA in August 21, 1959. He was registered at the school in Indonesia using his step-father's surname and religion. But the actual school had children from many different faiths. Barry is short for Barack, it was just a nickname that his family gave to him. If you like conspiracy theories, here's another good one: "Curiously enough, there is no record of McCain's birth in the Panama Canal Zone Health Department's bound birth registers, which are publicly available at the National Archives in College Park. A search of the "Child Born Abroad" records of the U.S. consular service for August 1936 included many U.S. citizens born in the Canal Zone but did not turn up any mention of John McCain."

As a lawyer you know that you can sue for anything. But you know that to file a lawsuit of this kind would be a waste of the courts time and money. I only say this based on the small amount of information that was given. So my answer would be no you should not file a lawsuit.

A little hard to prove that she was staring at "you" and not at the machine you were using thinking to herself "Geez, I wish he'd get off that machine so I could use it and I hope he doesn't sweat too much and make it all stinky". I think there are enough frivilous lawsuits jamming up the court system as it is. Let this one go. Let's also add... if she was staring at you, weren't you staring back to see that she was staring at you? Any judge would laugh you out of court!

Mr. Ego all I can say is let this go. How do you even know for sure she was looking at you? Let's tie up the legal system for your stupid case when we could be putting real criminals behind bars. We should all file a joint case against you for your stupidity and your enormous ego.

Abusive female staring is one of the greatest unrecognized tragedies in America today. Frankly, I'm a little surprised that you've encountered it ... but that doesn't mean that you should accept it. Hell yeah - sue her!

Get a life... If you're that easily distracted, you evidently don't have to coordination to be "working out".
