Yes, there is a way and yes it is stealing and is illegal, but it can be done. For me to tell you how exactly would also be illegal so that I will not answer. What I will say though is you will have to invest in equipment which will cost you at least a couple hundred dollars. You will have no guarantee that it will work, no official support and it could stop working tomorrow and all that money spent will be for naught. In the mean time if you do get it working, don't expect it to be trouble-free TV watching. ECMs are constantly transmitted to disable signal theft and key changes are said to occur daily requiring you to manually update your settings every day. This could happen in the middle of your favourite show and then you would have to wait for someone on the internet to figure out the new code so you can put that in to watch TV again. Is it really worth the cost and trouble so you can steal TV? Dish network has one of the most competitively priced packages in the industry. If you can't afford the most expensive one, downgrade. Otherwise, get an HD terrestrial receiver and an antenna. For most people this will get them 20 channels or more due to the HD subchannels, and it's free and legal.
