Aha. A question after my own heart.
The most popular beers are those brewed by Utenos/Svyturis. Other popular beers are brewed by Kalnapilis and Rinkuskiai. Birzai is viewed as the beer centre of Lithuania, having about five breweries and numerous small breweries but nearly every region has it's brewery.
Other drinks include Vodka and samagonas (moonshine), mead, herbal tonics such as trejos devynerios (999) and lots and lots of beer. Try this site for Lithuanian brews:

The answer above is very comprehensive and correct. I don't drink beer, but from what I see, Utenos, Svyturys and Kalnapilis are the most popular brands.
