I recently brought a webcam from hong kong and loaded up the software. I was playing with it today and the purple phone icon started ringing, low and behold i have been getting calls from horny chinese men asking me to get bare!! Does anyone know what sort of software this is and what is the site? !! Very strange...

CC2000 is a type of Instant messaging (IM) software similar to Windows Live Messenger/MSN Messenger, AOL Instant Messenger, NetMeeting, ICQ, VVQ, Skype.
Since the CC2000 interface is Chinese(!!) you may be better off (and safer) installing one of the alternatives - most webcams support various IM software.
I assume that you didn't buy the webcam to bare all?!!
