Do you believe in God - please answer yes or no.

This is a follow up to a previous question regarding what is a true atheist.

I understand that some of you will feel/believe "I don't know". But the purpose of this question is to get a yes no answer.

It is an exploration of the nature of what is a true atheist.

Ach. Ok, I might have brought this on, but there ARE people that call themselves "AtheIST" that demand that there is no God. I get your point that "aTHEISM" is a rejection of formal religion, but that does not preclude one from likewise rejecting the existence of anything divine, even if there are some atheists that hold beliefs in some divine "higher power." It still doesn't change the sort of argument I hear from my students about science instructors being patronizing about ID instead of rational.

As for me, you know I am an agnostic, so I will punt on this question every time in honest company (yes, I will lie about my doubt to someone that is not worthy of the discussion).

You want a simple yes/no answer. Then it's no.

But it's not quite as binary as that, is it? For example, I don't believe in God as an old man who demands justice and obedience. But I do believe that the universe has order and is not random. Some people might label that as God or evidence of God.

But I don't. So my answer remains "no".

Yes, but not in the monotheistic sense of the word.

I believe the nature of a true atheist would be those who do not believe there is evidence of "God".

I personally have the greatest respect for them, even if we do not share that belief.

lots of the persons at artwork are irreverent or atheist or agnostic. Even my husband admitted the different day that he "would not be attentive to what to have faith in" anymore. each little thing became right into a lot clearer whilst he became into youthful. i won't be able to say for myself i'm as non secular as I as quickly as became into, and that i became into very strongly non secular and non secular, i detect these days, i'm a lot extra caustic particularly than sarcastic, a lot to the factor that once I comprehend i've got in basic terms stated something horribly irreverent, I seize myself and comprehend that for the duration of yet all over lower back and yet another place, i would not have stated this variety of ingredient.

God if it exists has not manifested itself to man. Certainly no present day religion is Godly they all have a very down to earth ETHNIC BASED beginning.
I am not holding my breath either expecting God to show up any time, so I can say I am 99.999% sure it most likely does not exist.

I believe in God. Will I believe Him if He never created me?

Without God, I will not exist.
