absolutely! as long as you are getting all the vitamins you need from other foods or supplements.

Thats perfect but u need milk or calcium. If u only drink water, you need 3 dairy products a day. Other drinks just add empty calories. A can of pop is 110 cals!

Yes, water is an excellent drink. Much of the body is made up of water (the percentages differ in different people). You don't need the so-called "health drinks"; you should be getting your nutrients from your normal foods. One other drink I think is good is skimmed or low-fat milk.

So long as you're eating a healthy diet yes, water is the *best* thing and really the *only* thing you should be drinking.
And if you're getting enough calcium from the vegetables you eat, I wouldn't worry about drinking dairy either. Besides, if you really checked the ingredients of most foods you eat, you're likely getting pretty close to three servings of it a day through your cheeses and as ingredients in breads and various other foods. ::shrug::
In my humble opinion anyways,
Joe

Well, if you think about this "socially," then no, it's not OK. You may be out w/ friends or business partners and they may all be drinking booze and you'll look like someone that isn't part of a group or team... zzz you know what I'm trying to say!
