Think people. If it's not possible to MAKE an ozone layer, why do you think it's possible to destroy one???

You can't have it both ways.

The ozone layer has natural fluctuations you can't do anything about.

Think about this, you haven't heard about the 'hole in the ozone' layer in the news this last year. Why? Because the hole is GETTING SMALLER!!!!!!!!!

Yes, factories that could pour out O3 would mend our ozone, but only if the 03 could be piped to the required level it wouldn't just rise by itself, it would disintegrate on impact at the high levels of reactive gasses found at ground level. It would be an expensive procedure and unnecessary as the ozone is currently mending itself, the hole in the ozone has infact gotten smaller in the last few years, but as developing countries produce more cfc's the problem of a shrinking ozone is likely to return!
