i am wondering if any function in the calculator can give me a value directly when i input 2 value from parallel resistor.

I can't remember who makes it but there are a few calculators that are specialized to electronic calculations but I'm sure you don't want to spend the hundred bucks to do two lousy resistors in parallel. If you had 10 to worry about, it might be worth if if you were doing a lot of calculations. The product over the sum is not that bad.

Depends on what your calculator is. I like Texas Instruments graphics calculators because there are so many websites with programs for them - undoubtedly one of them would have something for calculating resistance.

Though good old 1/R by hand is pretty quick in itself.

For two resistors in parallel, you can use the equation:

Rp = (R1*R2)/(R1 + R2)

Add the reciprocals, then take the reciprocal of the sum.
