Not necessarily, yet it can make it more enjoyable for the answerer. Clipped or generous responses do not seem to be favoured, as long as the response is in agreement with the questions veiled conclusion, then that would be more of the pre requiste from what I've observed. I sure have enjoyed the humour I find in all this! Take care.

Sometimes verbosity fits the question. As in your case, I would say that verbosity is a natural and consuming inflection that should enhance the answer because of the mocking tone in which you've injected within a question you have posted here.

Verbosity, extremely poor grammar and spelling, 1337 cut and paste skills, the ability to turn every question around on the asker, and the ability to ignore any other views. Then you'll be an R&S pro.
