Good Day! I am a canadian/filipino citizen (Dual). Iam here in the Philippines right now. I am planning to go back in Toronto by April 2007. I just want to visit first my brothers and sister in houston, texas before going back to Toronto. CAn I enter U.S.A and stay for a month before going to Toronto, Canada? Thank you.

Good day! I don't see why you can't do that. It's a free country you know. If you want to send an email to the Canadian embassy in the Manila, you should be able to get an answer from them.

not anymore. you must now have a canadian passport to enter the usa. go to www.travel.state.gov the us info for canada go to www.canada.gc.ca and see the dept of foreign affairs or dfait

see western hemishpere travel initiative. as of jan 23 all canadians and mexicans now need a passport as do americans to enter the usa via air. the rule fo cars and boats and trains etc will go into affect for the same thing in 08

Yes I think you can enter the US without a visa, because you're a Canadian citizen. You can stay in the US depending on how many months the immigration will give you, its written in the I94
