The ultimate multimedia device?

There are a plethora of multifunction devices out there; PDAs, personal media players, still cameras that shoot video, video cameras that shoot stills, cell phones that play mp3's, handheld games that play movies etc etc. If you had the ear of an electronics company, how would you describe your dream gadget? What features would it have and what price point would make you buy it? And do you *really* want a single gadget that does absolutely everything? What would do it for YOU

basically a psp which you can view live tv with preferably sky or ntl, send texts and emails. also the abality to phone anybody in the world and a large build in memory.dont forget the songs though
