I don't know what you believe but your life is worth so much more than to just throw it away. I don't want to piss you off if you don't believe in God but I know that he loves you and cares for you.
I care enough for your life, even though I don't know you, that I am going to pray for you that the Lord will lift your spirit out of this pit that you are in and make you feel better. You can email me if you would like to talk more. God bless.

#1 go to the hospital and talk to your uncle. apologize for any wrongdoing...even if you weren't wrong. tell him you love him. hug him. and just listen to him.
#2 You need to change your lifestyle. Medication doesn't always work. Exercise and nutrition is a key to making one's life better. Trust me on this. Keep taking your meds...but get off your butt and move.
#3 Do volunteer work. Observe others misfortunes. You will see that yours are not so bad.
#4 See a therapist. Whether in group or privately. If you can't afford it, churches have trained professionals that will work for a fraction of the price.
#5 Smile. Even if you don't feel like it. Force yourself if you have too. But smile.
#6 Listen to others. If you talk only say positive things.
#7 Stay away from negative people.
#8 Don't self medicate through drugs and alcohol

Sometimes its helpful to be able to talk to someone (a third party), that could be what you need. You could go to your doctor for a brief, one session pick up, or you could call a help line to discuss your issues. Also, do you think it would be helpful to you to talk to your uncle letting him know he is not alone-you are there to fight the good fight with him. Maybe you don't feel you can contact him now, but maybe later when he is out of the hospital. It seems our families can do so much harm and its so sad. I wish you and your uncle well and God's speed in recovery.

I think your best option would be to see a psychiatrist again, this would only be as a preventative measure to help you come to terms with what has happened and to work through your feelings.
anyone would have problems coming to terms with a family member trying to take there own life, you are not alone in the way you feel.

It's probably because you attempted suicide yourself. I'm glad you are doing much better. I know this hard on you right now but stay strong. Are there any support groups you could join? Talking about it would probably make you feel better. You can email me anytime you like. I'll always email you back. God Bless!

You need something to be happy about. Try being w/ friends or family more often or try taking a vacation... something for you, to get your mind off of the tragedy and/or help you deal with it in a logical way. Talking to someone or writing always helps me.
Good luck and God bless!

well,....partially...some of it is perception that we are worthless...the other part is that we are or not worthless....some people arent crap but feel that they are not worthless.....some people are something but think they are worthless.....and then theres one other type....some people arent much but dont really care ......i was struggling with depression..but i found a way out....i went and looked at what would make me happppy....and then just went out and did it .....no questions asked....it makes me happy and proud of myself for doing something that I thought I couldnt do....i am a 4.0 student, but that doesnt change depression...now im 29...and I have 10 different trades....im on my 11th one now....i started working at learning all sorts of trades when I was 13......i only quit when I get to the top of the trade...so now....I can walk down the street and get a job where ever I want....i mean..this is my dream to be the master of all jack of all trades......and to master them all.....I think I still have another 10-15 more trades to learn before I retire from learning more trades....Its my dream, and its what I set out to do....you should try it...as its very satisfying....what makes you happy? achievement is everything....to feel proud of yourself is what you should strive for....who would attempt suicide if they felt proud of themself?

you only think about death because you have the ability to THINK... celebrate that ability... every bad situation is bad relative to a good situation, so the only way you're feeling like this is if you've felt good too.
which means that you can feel good again... everything's relative to your state of mind. if life wasn't hard it'd be boring, and suicide is a cowardly way of escaping it.

Dear....you are in a spiritual stronghold...Satan is trying to lure you into his snare...giving you thoughts of finding peace from your struggles through death...but it is a lie...if you commit suicide...that is spitting in God's face...telling him that He is not enough...If you allow Satan to ensnare you...believe me...his intent is not to make it a lovely thing for you in the after life...You need to seek out the truth..."He said if you seek me with all your heart...you will find me"...the truth that can set you free is Jesus...Be Blessed.
Father...I just pray that you wrap your loving arms around Eve...let her know that she is not alone...that you love her...she is more precious than ruby or gold to you...Thank you father for being the rock that she can stand on...I just pray Lord that you give her the faith she needs to invite you in...to trust that you are her salvation...her comforter...the lover of her soul....that you will never deceive her...but be a truth to her that she can trust....Thank you for loving Eve Lord....
Sorry for the loss of your Uncle.
