Mille grazie, grazie mille ("thanks a thousand") meel - leh gra - zee - eh
molte grazie (thank you very much) mol - teh gra - zee - eh
grazie assai (only in Souhthern of Italy, although is correct Italian, not dialect) gra - zee - eh as - sa - eeh (all "a" like th "u" in "under)
Tante grazie, grazie tante *could* be used as "thanks a lot", but be careful especially with "grazie tante" which is often used in ironic way to say "thanks for not helping me" (but you were expecting help)
tante is spelled tan - teh ("a" like in "under", again)

Grazie mille is far better than Mille grazie.

I never heard "grazie molto" nor "molto grazie".

We use "grazie tante", but with a mocking intent (eg. if you receive useless aid or wellknown info)
