I make pizzas all the time my fiance loves them this is my recipe
Ingredients for the base (for 3 11 inch pizzas)
500g flour
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
200 ml lukewarm water
2 teaspoons dried yeast
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Put the flour into a bowl
Mix the yeast with the sugar and some lukewarm water and stir, let sit for 10 minutes until it triples in volume
Add the olive oil and salt to the flour
Now add the yeast to the flour, oil and salt and add the 200 ml lukewarm water. Mix with your hands and knead until you have a smooth dough ...
If you have any left-over dough, you can easily freeze it - I always make a bit more and keep the rest in the freezer for a quick supper.
Cover the dough with a clean, dry dish towel and let it sit for an hour.
Now is the time to preheat your oven to 180 degrees C.
Take 1/3 of the dough ...
... and spread it out into the pizza pan with your fingers. Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes so it can rise again. If you want a very thin and crisp base, roll out the dough with a rolling pin instead of spreading it with your fingers.
For the topping add what ever you want i use motzerlla cheese with chopped tinned tomatoes
bacon and garlic
UMMMMMMMM

my recipe is
500 g strong white flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 bag of fast yeast (for breadmakers)
luke warm water enough to mix it
mix it until is very elastic and let it raise for 1 hour in a tiepid place (40 degrees max in the oven warmed and switched off)
once raised cut it into 3 parts and make small balls and let it prove for 30 min.
once raised warm the oven at 250 degrees and put the grill at maximum too. when the grill is red hot switch it off and put the pizza inside to cook and see what you get it comes identical to the one you would eat in the restaurant

they are some really good looking pizzas around, but YOU MUST check this out :)
