The York test refers to a company that does 'medical tests' including tests for allergies, IF YOU PAY THEM. Since time immemorial there have been people willing to take your money to do medical tests or give treatment to both the sick and the worried well. Any and all the tests they offer, IF THEY ARE ACTUALLY NEEDED, are available FREE on the NHS via your GP.

The YORKTEST is a clinically validated method (unlike kinesiology and most other allergy testing methods) that tests for raised levels of IgG antibodies in the blood. 113 foods are checked to work out exactly what is causing this reaction. The test kit is sent to your home and, with a simple prick of the finger, you can do the test yourself.

Are you talking about the test for food tolerance? The allergy test?

I think it's a test to see what foods you're allergic to. I saw an ad on the train for it.
