If you have a fat stomach, the only way you can reduce your fat is by doing aerobic exercises like walking, rowing and swimming. Losing fat around the stomach takes time. If aerobic exercises are done regularly over a period of time, you will gradually lose weight. More details at http://www.toloseweight.org/losestomachfat.html

You have to find a way of losing some of the weight in your belly first. Otherwise you can exercise all you want but the muscle will just form on top of the fat, and it won't get any slimmer.

You ever hear of the wheel ? much better then doing sit-ups,as sit ups actually make yer stomach contract and can make your stomach muscles just get bigger, the wheel though goes the other way, stretching out yer stomach, very good way of gettin abs.
