The only thing you can do is be there for her. There isn't really anything that can be done when she doesn't believe anything is wrong. The first step to any recovery is establishing and admitting that there is something wrong and that you want to get better. It is definitely a very serious matter and a hard subject to talk about. It is possible for her to get better, but some how she needs to realize that she is in trouble and that there is a problem. She definitely needs to some how start seeing a therapist. So the best bet would be to some how get her to one as soon as possible.

sometimes, people who are denying the facts that their own actions are destruction are the hardest to help.
you can see, only because you care for this person what they are actually causing to bring about.
first get help for yourself, if only to open another means of understanding about how or who can best reach this person.
while you attempt to get the help needed, you can still make an effort to help,
if this person is to the point where they are attempting to balance out calories input with energy needed to negate them, as a mental health official to step in (again?) they need more help than you can give and have become a danger to themselves.
if you've noticed that it's mainly solid foods and they still drink readilly, you may have the time needed untill you can get the help to come.
( did you ever hear of a blender? you can explain with reason, why you both have a meal that is liquid. keep in mind, bannas, citrius fruit, and "yuck"
spinach, oh, and some ( not too much that can taste crappy too) salt. keep it only to the point where that person can hold it down ) that is if this person can no longer hold down solid foods. the reason for that odd mix ( i'm sure there are more ) is to allow them to keep up with potassium and glucose ( bannanas) iron ( spinach ) vitiamans c and niacin, (oranges, lemons, limes) and sodium, and potasium, ( regular table salt) the reason why the need to water the mix down - to attempt to keep the person as well hydrated as possible.
if they haven't yet gotten to this point, don't give up
remember, the hardest think to change is a person's will. you'll still need to get the help if only to help them.
maybe this little bit of information has given the time you need to succeed.

Tell her that there is something wrong and you are worried about her...tell her that the right treatment will help her...and she should give it a try.
God bless her.
