Why does it seem that Christians who are saved and follow Christ have more of a tough time in life than those who don’t follow Christ and are worldly people creating daily sin?

Christians that really are living the life that God has called us too, will experience warfare. Satan is against us, and trying to render us useless for His Kingdom. Those who are not Christians may seem to be "sailing" through life but remember, "rain falls on the just and the unjust". Also remember that when we see Jesus face to face, all the tough stuff will be removed- there will be no more tears, pain, or dying- and for those who have not accepted Christ they will, unfortunately be separated from God forever, which is worse than all the pain we as Christians experience on this earth.

You get the prize for best question of the entire month! Here's the answer:
Some think that when you give your life to Christ, that everything becomes peachy, you live in a rose garden, no problems, etc.
Nothing could be further from the truth. The reality is, that you feel as if someone left the barn door open and all the horses are running over you! Why? Because, even though you may not know what Christ has in store for you, Satan sure does, and he will try by any method available to him, to keep you from it.
Thats if you allow it. You don't have to. Luke 10 tells us that Christ has given us power over All of our spiritual enemies (power not of ourselves, but in the name of Jesus Christ).
So, when those horses start to stampede, order the negative happenings out of your life, out of your home, away from your family -
In the name of Christ. You'll start to see that things begin to take a more positive shape.
We are in a spiritual war, and it won't end until Christ returns and puts it to rest.

"Why does it seem"

does that answer your question? it SEEMS, to you. For instance, not to me, I think by avoiding all of the tough issues by saying "gods will", "god did it" and "it says so in the bible" they have more of an excuse to stick their heads in the sand than the rest of us.

"those who don’t follow Christ are worldly people creating daily sin"

What? No, seriously, what?

I don't see that at all. We all face tough times, but Christians seem to weather those times better because we understand suffering in this fallen world is temporary.

I don't know how I would have come through some of those rocky times without God. I think the winning Super Bowl coach is a great example of this also.

There's plenty of christians living a very comfortable life. This is more proof of the arbitrarily distributed blessing of god. Those that have a nice life in christ say "the lord has blessed me because of my devotion" well what the hell, doesn't he care about the miserable louts that have nothing? Or is that just his mysterious way? You have chosen a belief that teaches you to accept your lot in life and to not try to improve yourself or your station because you might sin in the process.

actual, it hasn't extremely occurred to me yet Sara. i have been born again Christian because the age of 21 yet took it better heavily starting up the age of 27. it truly is at the same time as i ended sinning and commited to fasting, prayer and Bible study. and on account that then, my existence deterioriated. i grow to be praying for a husband and a toddler because the age of 25 and that i have received something yet... I both went by skill of severe drought (no adult adult males) or the adult adult males I met were purely undeniable dumb and felt better like a punishment than a blessing. Now i'm dealing with the reality i ought to not in any respect marry (i'm 32). yet I examine contained in the Bibl that the only existence is better effective than the married. I believe it really is God's best for me, yet i have not extremely felt its advantages (having a guy should be wonderful too!!) i understand that verse you're speaking about, the 'needs of your heart'. i'm not particular if it implies Christianity is about getting all that you opt on, possibly it really is better about what you opt on in accordance to God... i understand there are some thoughts of Christians having the needs of the hearts fulfilled (husband, beautiful little ones, fulfillment, wealth) yet we ought to take excitement in the solid with the undesirable. attempt to sense free on your cutting-edge situation, and no you'll take your happiness away.

Because after we become Christian God wants us to put away ourselves and put on Jesus. It is a struggle for many Christians to die to self and allow the life of Jesus to live through them (Gal 2:20). It is hard to surrender our independence and doing things with our own mind rather than abiding in Christ and doing His will with His mind. The transition from walking in the flesh to walking in the Spirit is not an easy walk in most cases. People are more comfortable living in their human ways rather than the ways of God. But God has given us His grace and gift of righteousness to reign in life (Rom 5:17). So if we learn to use God's grace and His righteousness we have the power of God to help us be like Jesus and things will be easier doing them God's way.

Jhn 15:18 ¶ If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before [it hated] you.

Jhn 15:19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

2Ti 3:12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.

Hey man, hey. You're putting the cart before the horse.

People who have a tough life believe in gods and stuff to make their lives feel not so tough.

People that enjoy their lives don't need gods and whatnot just as people who aren't sick don't need doctors.

You're basically saying that people get sick because they visit doctors.

People who follow the teachings of Jesus don't have these troubles you are speaking of.

It is the people who think that they and others need to be saved that have the troubles you are speaking of.

Love and blessings Don
