2) Some of the so called spiritual leaders, although not sufficiently developed in their spiritual practices, but acquire a name because of the popularity attached to the institution which he happened to head or because of the popularity of the predecessors, in fact, need the backing of the political leaders and seek out their support. Since they might be heading big institutions which own properties, they need their help. They send feelers to them and feel obliged to serve them. Such leaders are not really spiritual in the real sense of the term.
