If you were of legal age then yes I would but we would have to click. As for the tradition part, I assume you mean dating royalty. I was never one to uphold tradition anyway.
If we never meet yet had contact through email and we had good chemistry then yes I would go out with you to meet you. There's nothing wrong with a face to face meeting.
I'm not understanding this last question so I assume you mean where would this "love affair" take place. I would imagine in a perfect world it would be somewhere in Europe. So I would narrow it down to Italy, France, Spain or Portugal (my favorite).

Depends whether I thought you were worth breaking the tradition for or not.
I would wait for you to answer my email before I deleted it and got all pi*sed off.
If we were a movie we would be at the top of the Empire States Building or the Rockerfella Center in New York.
