No worries I just came through a soap-opera esq break-up myself.
My solution is:
DO's:
friends
swimming/football/what ever sport you like
yoga
chocolate
chai
internet
a hobby
a project
school
DO NOT:
mope
whine
try to get her back
complain for more than say, five days
overeat
drugs
self-harm
continual emails to ANYONE on the subject
best of luck, I know what you're going through!

Catching up with old friends, keep yourself busy.
Partying and drinking helps a lot too. Cuz it makes you sleep faster at night when you're drunk and wasted. Though you will feel empty at the end of the day, but most of time u'r so busy meeting your friends, clubbing n drinking and working u'll get over gradually.

hi
it is tough to get out of the broken heart thing, but not impossible, it all depends on your will, be a optimist and start looking out for love, only love can heal your heart nothing else. it may sound little disrespectful to your previous love that you have launched into looking out for love, but buddy it is best to move on in life, and i am sure you will find someone finally whom you think can settle down with

Healing your heart takes a lot of time. Make sure you realise what happened and don't do it again. do something like volunteer work and keep a smile on your face. Something that you really enjoy and keep yourself busy helps. You just need time. Take care Heather

OR
Improve yourself find someone else, they say that the best way to get over something is to find something else
It may never go away but just remember that we can learn from mistakes and they are there to be learned from in life

Hey as long as you put your trust in any person, believing that they won't hurt you, then you will have to find out sooner or later that they WILL end up hurting you. Put your trust in God, not in man in whom there is no help. God will abundantly bless you and if you have to be with someone, let God be the one to direct you. God knows every time you hurt, he sees every tear... and He will not leave you brokenhearted. He will heal your brokenheart and give you joy and gladness. Have faith in God and He will see you through. Pray now to Him and watch Him work miracles in your life. I know for sure that you won't remain brokenhearted for long, not as long as God's in the picture.

Pray and give it to God to mend.
Hope for a better future.
After all there's no such love with a "pain-free" guarantee.
we must learn to accept that Being hurt is always part of love,
and love is part of being alive.
You'll eventually find someone else.....
Just be patient...

Move on. A man like you deserves a woman that would submit to him and become his pet. I can be that, do as told and please without limits. E-mail me at:
