Ok - this is what Tracy would look like in Mandarin (Chinese) Characters:

特(t) 銳(ray) 矽(cee)

I've added the pronunciation next to the characters for easy reference.

ACTUALLY - TO THE TWO TURNIPS BELOW MYSELF: YOU GOT THE FIRST AND SECOND CHARACTERS RIGHT BUT THE THIRD CHARACTER ACTUALLY MEANS SILICON.

Te-Rui-Xi (special sharp silicon).

I don't know Chinese too well; but, I checked out the pronounciation of the words above [ 特(t) 銳(ray) 矽(cee)] I got Teh, Rui, Shih for the sounds which is probably pretty close to Tracy in Chinese. The meanings I got are 特 special; 銳
sharp or pointed; 矽 element in chemistry ... my dictionary is in Chinese which I am not so hot in so. I couldn't firgure out which element. My Japanese kanwa dictionary didn't list this character. The general feeling I get is that if you used these characters you name in Chinese would mean 'really sharp rock!' Names in Chinese are hoped to propitious; You want one that is going to bring you good fortune. You need the opinion of a good Chinese friend for the feeling of this name. I don't know have the skill to say if it is good or not.

tracy is not a chinese word or syllable...you might be able to get someone chinese to make up an approximation of your name for you.

特(t)瑞(ray)茜(see)
特锐矽 sounds exactly the same, but it isn't considered a good name in chinese. at least not a good girl's name. the meaning isn't good. 特 means special, 瑞 usually means lucky, 茜 doesn't have a real meaning in chinese, but is commonly used in girls' names. so this would be a good chinese translation for 'tracy.'

hope that helps.
