I have got really bad stuffy nose, my nose is raw from blowing it so much, sore through, and im super tired and ive sleept in.Im not myslef whats the best things to fight it and how long does it normaly last?

Drink liquids and sleep a lot. It lasts as long as it lasts, depends on the bug.

Consume Virgin coconut oil (organic) It is the only thing to cure viruses (well most) Look up Coconut oil on internet, you will be amazed what it does. If you cant digest it do what I did, melt oil and using syringe squirt into empty capsules (available from health food stores) only cause you cant buy coconut capsules.Take 4 -8 a day its all natural cant hurt you.

Stay away from people, so that you won't infect anyone. Drink plenty of liquids, so as to flush it from your system. Most colds last five to seven days in total. Your only worry is that someone will re-infect you during this period. Take it easy and you will survive.

LIQUIDS - LOTS! Benadryl (or generic)-plain-for the night (drys your nose and helps you sleep), Claritin-D (or generic)-for the day (drys you up) and Ibuprofen - for pain. Lay low. Thats what I do, however, I am not a Pharmacist or a Doctor.

alka-seltzer cold plus.i know it's nasty but if u take about three doses over a 12 hour period whatever symptoms u have will be gone.if u can't stand the taste of it don't use so much water and have a chaser ready.but it definitley works and it will make u sleep.
