They booked hotels for me i did not need and added on things and charged me for them. also they said a direct flight to goa but it stopped at delhi and mumbai!

The trouble I have is I can never afford to have a holiday. I suggest you check the "affordable" provider's track record with your Chamber of Commerce, business watchdogs or similar, as well as reading ALL the fine print on brochures, websites etc. Especially if you see an asterisk!! Make a pest of yourself, call if there's a customer service phone...otherwise if you sign an agreement, it's all included.

The Travel Agents have to make a profit somewhere....I agree you can do it all for yourself over the internet, it's much cheaper too..Why put money in their pockets when you can leave it in your own?
