I keep getting a rash on my nose and red spec's below my eyes. I don't think it is eczema now. I don't know what it is, but the weather make's it worse. Any idea's on what to use to cure or prevent it? Thank you my good people.

I live here in upstate NY so I know what you are going through! I have found the only real thing to work well on preventing and help to heal windburn is Udderly Smooth. It is a lotion that is used on cow's teats, yes, however, it is also a great protective barrier for skin as well.
Try it out, I am sure you'll be pleased.

Try some lotions at your local supermarket. Otherwise, all I have to say is bundle up. Stay warm. Wear coats, hats, gloves, anything to keep the majority of your face/body covered.

Try the moisturizing creme concentrate at beeroyalproducts.com. It is the best! I use it and it makes my skin like velvet smooth.

Just wash face with soap, then hot water, then cold water, then
use aloe vera gel on face.
Use olive oil or baby oil in your bathwater to keep skin from drying out.
