You feel tired all the time, you could be grumpy as well. You may feel short of breath, headaches are very common- mostly in the front of your head. (That's how I felt when I was anemic.)

You should try a daily vitamin- I couldn't take them because I would vomit them right back up...I had to take a children's chewable vitamin. You can also eat more red meats (liver is highest, but ew!) and fish is a great source. Raisins, eggs, whole grain breads, peas, beans, and spinach are also good sources.

Feel better! =)

There are several types of anemia, your MD needs to sort that out. The symptoms would include, generalized weakness, lethargy, pallor of the skin and mucous membranes and many others depending on which anemia is diagnosed. Treatment would include finding the source of a blood loss, vitamin and diet therapy with iron rich foods and iron tablets for 3-6 months, and follow up exams with your MD is essential. Take care.
