Its very easy to solve the brain drain in the best tasty method. Eat daily salted cashewnuts & almonds ( 50 gms), 2 teaspoon of honey, 1 gooseberry fruit ( whenever available), dry grapes /rasins ( 20 gms), figs (2 nos),. Acronuts ( 2 nos), peanuts ( 50 gms), codliver oil ( 1 table spoon), lots of greeny vegetables, all fruits, sprouts, vegetables especially ladies finger , cabbage, garlic, onion and spices like cardimom, asofotidea , ginger, cloves, cumin seeds, corinder leaves & seeds , and yogic breathing exercise called Bhastrika pranayanam ( , very best and must as this controls BP, prevent lung diseases, increases the brain power, will never get cough or cold and controls your anger and other violent emotions, brings in crimson complextion to the face etc,etc)
Take all the above as per availability and convinence and do the yogic exercise everyday as many times as possible and see the wonders how your brain starts working. Though somewhat difficuilt to follow if sincerly done you will be benifitted manifold. All the best.

make sure to take a multi vitamen, and that you are getting enough sleep. Also stress and other factors can make you feel sluggish in concentration, also creating brain drain. Look at those factors also.

Take B vitamins or eat foods that start with B(bananas, brans, beans, blueberries, etc.)
An apple is good for this also.
