My g/f did this for me two years ago, a heart shaped bush, and it was one of the hottest things every. She let me know she had done something different, but didn't say what or where or anything. It took a couple weeks for me to find out!
Since then she's changed her style there a couple times, once because of something I wanted, the others because she like it, but I have to say it's one of the hottest things imaginable she'd do it for you.
