I back packed all over Europe when I was 27.....It was the best thing I ever did for myself. I have been to to nearly 30 countries so far and I wish I had the money now to do more. Do it now while you still can! (your responsibilites will still be there when you get back).

What kind of responsibilities? You should still travel the world, you will not regret it.

That really depends on what the "responsibilities" are -- I would advise you to stay home is you have a newborn at home?

reduce your responsibilities to none, pack up one backpack, buy a one way ticket and something will happen
