1. Try a protein bar or meal replacement bar-it's healthy and quick when you're on the run.
2. Make some quick soup and put it into a Thermos.
3. Make a salad and toss in some leftover chicken bits and fruit.
4. Crackers and Cheese and an apple.
5. Leftovers from last nights Dinner.
6. Cottage Cheese.

A couple of hard boiled eggs (peeled), some carrot sticks and hummus for dipping. Add an apple and a carton of milk and some whole wheat crackers and you're good to go.

You can always try a salad. There are so many different kinds that they are never boring.
Here's a few yummy types you can try- just stick them in a container and eat on the go!
Fruit salad- with strawberries, watermelon, grapes, banana, whatever!
Chicken Caesar- lettuce with croutons and chicken strips
BLT- lettuce with cherry tomatoes and bacon bits
Cheesy salad- lettuce, croutons, cherry tomatoes and grated cheese
