No, but scientists are working on it. You only have two sets of teeth- your primary which are your baby teeth, and then your permanent which you finish at about 12 and wisdom teeth between 16-21. If you loose those that's it, only a DDS can replace anything missing.

Yes it is, Calcium tablets will make teeth thick.
If u have a chip tooth, put a calcium tablet on it and it will
replenish.
There is a new toothpaste...enamel care with calcium in it.
