Er... You lose weight fast and you can gain it back faster.
I suddenly changed my portion of food. the change was not gradual. Like, I told myself i wanted to lose weight and the next day i started dieting.
I ate less than half of my usual portion. And in a week I lost 8.8 pounds. Yes, it is a lot. And I did not exercise.
But it is very unhealthy. I suggest you not to do so. What I would recommend you to do now is that you try to see what kind of diet fits you best. Some people lose it by sticking to a low carb diet, but others by Atkins. So you have to see what kind of body you have. It's just like, certain cars run on certain kinds of fuel.
But I recommend you to stick on a 5-3-2 diet. 50% fruits and vegetables, 20% meat and 30% carbohydrates per meal and you will lose your weight in a most healthy way.
Wish you all the best. =)

I started a diet with exercise and kept it up for about one year now loosing 70 pounds. There are several diets out there. Pick the one that fits you the best and stick to it. I found that exercise is an important part of every diet and becomes a habit once started. Good luck and strat today!!!

10 pounds in 3 weeks is very much to loose, unless a large part of it is water weight. Do the math. A "normal" diet is between 2,000 and 3,000 calories a day. A pound of fat is about 4,000 calories. The best approach is to eat only health food. Fruits and vegetables, and not much else. Juice fasting (see- HERBDOC) causes the digestive system to go on vacation, so you aren't hungry, and supplies few calories, while supplying decent nutrition, might allow for that rapid a weight loss under some circumstances.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

3 weeks..that is a little ambitious. Think 2 lbs a week....3 at the outside...A good diet...low in fat and sugar, and plenty of exercise. 4 to 5 times a week 30 to 45 minutes at a time. Drink plenty of water. No calories, and it aids in burning fat and gives you that full feeling too. Good luck, but use your head....nothing drastic.

How can you gain weight? I'm under weight, I weigh 101 lbs and I don't know how tall I am... 5ft something, and I am 18 years old. I am so sick of scrolling through questions and seeing nothing but fat people cry about their weight when it's easier for them to lose weight when it's harder for underweight people to gain it! STOP CRYING ABOUT YOUR WEIGHT AND THINK ABOUT HOW HARD IT IS TO BE 30 POUNDS UNDERWEIGHT WAKING UP FEELING LIKE FCKING SH1T IN THE MORNING, HAVING 0 CONFIDENCE, ALWAYS LEAVE YOUR HOUSE COVERING UP YOUR ARMS AND LEGS, FEEL PHYSICALLY WEAK, AND FEEL PAIN EVERYTIME YOU TRY TO EAT MORE THEN HALF A PLATE OF FOOD!
