Use the crisp plate to do tasty toasted cheese sandwiches.
They cook a whole chicken very well, just like in a normal oven.
Also great for fish and chips (crisp plate).

Well it will cook faster than your normal oven so you may have to reduce the cooking times ?, but make sure you don't unplug it before the fan has cooled the oven down otherwise you'll bake the electric components !.

throw it away and start cooking the food the old way it tastes much better i use microwave oven only to warm up food

Use a real oven! Microwave food is rubber and disgusting.

specific can, maximum cans have instructions for microwaves, yet once you're making soup from scratch like I do, grab your training booklet reason it has quite some information like what putting to apply and for the way long and so on., yet as quickly as you get used to it you would be responsive to merely via instinct, soups are sooo yummy and stable so which you will, i like making vege soup, pumpkin and potato soup and caulieflower and brocolli soup yummy!! Now you have made me hungry lol!
