it is said on many websites that " 1 serving size of Cooked legumes or dried beans = 1/2 cup"

what about for RAW legumes? i often soaked my legumes before cooking, so they expand a lot. followin gthe "Cooked legumes or dried beans = 1/2 cup", that would only amount to a dozen of beans. is it the correct portion??

Go with cooked.. Eat what it says.. 1/2 cup is a serving. Raw legumes don't taste that good anyway.. Too hard..
