One day I found that my legs are really fat and then I started to take exercise regularly in order to get rid of them.
I play badminton three times a week and every time it lasts about 1 hour.
I really wanna slim my legs but the exercise seems not to be working. I got ugly muscles and my legs are just fatter then they used to be.

How can I get rid of my fat legs without gaining more muscles?

And I searched for that answer before and most people just said that I should do "squats"? What is a squat actually? I don't really understand.

Anyone who can give me the answer, and I'd really appreciate your help. Thank you.

Your legs are the only fat body part? If so.. it might be genetics. You just have large muscle in your legs. If your body tends to be overweight.. cut back on fatty foods and sugary carbs. and do more cardio. either walking, jogging.. badminton is good too.

You should be happy your not underweight like I am... Fat people wake up with energy and atleast got that feeling of being healthy... I wake up 30 pounds underweight feeling like ****, no selfconfidence, and weak. And trust me... how you FAT people love to say it's easier gaining weight then it is losing it... THAT IS NOT TRUE for us underweight people... it's really hard for us to gain weight then it is for you to lose it. People tell me to just eat... they don't understand the pain I go through when I try to eat more then I can ((Which is only a couple bites or half a plate of food)). Just pray to god... it didn't work for me but it might for you...

The best way to get rid of your fat legs is to chop them off. You would then be "squat" because you would be shorter!
