I am going to the gym four years now and the only part of my body that i cann't fix are my calves!Are too fat like soccer player!

U need to lift weights on ankles to build muscles in calves.
Do leg lifts also, lay on side and lift legs.
exercise every other day.

i have the same question - are they fat or muscular? if they re fat just lose weight. i had a class mate, she looked normal and had very pretty face, but had horror calves - like elephant's feet. then like 10 years later i saw her on the beach - she lost weight, she still had the same size very pretty face but now she had very pretty legs - curvy and absolutely not fat. she said she lost weight drastically. good luck

Are they fat, or muscular? if it's the latter, don't overexercise them. If the former - do.

Wow... I wish I was fat... it's better then being underweight...
