You'll get your motivation from what made you to join gym in the first place. Maybe you were after that mountaineous instructor with rock hard abs and biceps waiting to fire like pistons. Go on and ask him to give you a nice back rub and the rest will be history ;-)

think how much money you have spent to join the gym and how it will be wasted if you dont go...thats always my motivation.
You can have an additional workout at home when you do the housework to burn even more calories and keep you in shape :-) and im sure that can be done when the little one is around....well, kind of

Your housework should be your primary responsibility after taking care of your daughter. Once you finish your work, then you can have fun at the gym.
If it were a man asking this question, everyone would be telling the man to finish his housework first!

keep a poster of ur fav actress in your room. let it not just have face but body too... as u see her every morning u wud get motivated daily. and whn u get bored of the pic replace them with another attractive one

just look at going to the gym like a time out just for you. so you need to ride a bike or walk on a treadmill..read a book ... listen to your ipod...dont look at going to the gym like its a chore. Its a chance to do something just for yourself.
