Try the acne products at www.beeroyalproducts.com. They have some products that contain sulfur instead of benzoyl peroxide like Proactiv and Clearasil. It won't dry your skin and cause more pimples to come in.

Goto a pharmacy and get some good acne products, or if its really bad you can goto the doctors and get prescription medicines and ointments, or if you cant afford any of that you could always put toothpaste on it, its a bit harsh on the skin but it'll do the job

Just foam face good with antibacterial soap(dial)
rinse with hot and then cold water and pat dry, put
aloe vera gel on face...acne is history.

this is probably the oddest answer you will get but try to wash your face with nothing but hot water...no soap or anything...just hot water. It worked for me
