Boot up..... Saying isass.exe, services.exe, and winlogon.exe "Bad Image" Boot up...... Tried Safe Mode......Nothing sam errors!!!! tried Command Prompt.... dont work!! how do i fix this how, do i get into command prompt??

will not recognize CD's either

insert the OS installation disk,boot up from cd-rom and click R to repair, in windows XP,
still the problem reinstall is safe
or when windows open the desktop page
click start - click RUN
in run box type "CMD"
and then type "CHKDSK"
this command will check disk error and will also fix it
