What is the best drug for recurring noisy headaches?

I heared about one drug called burfen but I am sure it's not spelled like that since I couldn't find any results from the internet!

I get chronic migraines and i use Excedrin. My Migrianes are gone within 15-20 min. Try using that and see if it helps.
