I am not fat nor skinny. Just right for my height and weight but still, i wanted to have toned tummy. I am afraid of getting beefy arms and shoulders as they are in good shape already. I just wanted to burn fat and be slim without the beefy muscles. Will i be able to acheived a body which is not to beefy even if i go to the gym. I just really wanna slim down and still, eat healthily. What exercises do you think will suit me? remember i don't want to have beefy muscles on my entire body especially on my shoulders, arms and tummy. Just wanna see it slim down and enhance the curves. thanks so much!

there will be a trainer at your gymn, just ask them for a personal workout routine.

OK....I assume by your avatar that you are a girl....Do not worry about bulking up. You do not have the testosterone to do that. The only way you can grow is to take hormones or steroids. So do an overall workout plan that hits all the major muscle groups and you will be fine. High repetitions (10 or 12) and low weight will guarantee that you have a great, toned body.

Do Treadmill for 20 minutes, Stepper for 15 minutes, and Bicycle for 10 minutes. This will ensure that you rip the rewards

if you want a toned belly then stomach crunches are your best bet and swing weights from side to side

Get on the cross trainer, that will suite you fine.
