If you had to choose only one product (shampoo, conditioner or mask....) to keep your hair healthy and strong which one would it be?

When I say choose is not between shampoo, conditioner, etc...it's the brand, the product you use.

I think shampoo will be good enough if can only choose one pdt. Cause i know too much of mask and conditioner is not healthy, it will make the hair v dull looking. Many ppl thinks that conditioner helps hair to look shiny but that is not true.

i use straight and sleek from avon and brilliant they have many other varation but but as i have very thick hair that hard to manage i use it i also use the condtion that is also as good when my hair needs a boost in the same range i us the hair sherum that gave my hair shine and protect against the strighting and blow drying as wells the natual elments and when on offer i can get them all for a about £5 for all 3 or £2 each and £4 for the sherum
but panten colour teatment i have just start using and it does all 3 in including protecting my colour but it a a bit pricy as it new on the market and has a range of product
do not go into the trap of buying a 2 in one the really don't work
if i want to treat my self when i go to the hair dresser i buy a package from schwarzkopf the same people that bring you herbal essence it cost 19.99 it contain a sampoo condtioner and hair mask it price but worth it only found in hair dressers each product cost 10 pound each other wise

Matrix has many different products for all the different types of hair.
The Sleek is great for smoothing, the Amplify is great to achieve volume, the Fortifying line is great to repair damaged hair, the Hydrating would to replace the moister back to the hair, the Normalizing would be for normal to oily hair the line goes on and on but to repair the try the Fortifying brand this will help structure damaged hair back...I would choose the conditioner, it works wonders.

You need shampoo and conditioner as shampoo cleans you hair and scalp and the conditioner revitalises your hair and makes it stronger and shinyer and easy to brush after washing.Hope this helps.

I dont think there is a best brand to use only the best that suits your hair type.

Hey i can only recommend what you could try. Everyone's hair is different and different shampoos and conditioners work differently for everyone.
With me I use De Lorenzo, It works best for me. For most of my clients at work i recommend Redken for them and it works fantastic. Whereas, when i use it it does nothing for me.
So the best thing you can do is try different types of brands to see what suits your hair better. :)
Good Luck!!
