There is no one answer for this statement. What you need to interrogate is the reason, your girl is continuing with her existing boy friend?
If there is a valid reason for her to continue despite loving you (assuming, she does), you need to decide and take some action. But, if there seems to be no valid reason, may be she's taking you for a ride, beware of such a case and act logically.

I lasted around a month before I stepped up & challenged for the lady. bad move, me & him had a punch up & now she doesn't talk to either of us. turns out she just liked the attention
